Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For weekends between April–October (peak season), we recommend 6–8 weeks out. Weekday events can often be confirmed within 2 weeks.

Do you travel outside the area?

We serve all of Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Polk counties with no travel fee. Events beyond 50 miles from Zephyrhills may include a small travel surcharge.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. With 72-hour notice we can prepare gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options alongside any package. We always label items clearly at the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a future date within 12 months.

Do you supply the smoker or grill?

We bring everything, two custom-built offset smokers on 22-foot trailers. We only need 30 amps of power and a standard water hookup for wash stations.

Can I add a dessert option?

Absolutely. We partner with a local bakery to offer banana pudding, peach cobbler, and seasonal pies as add-ons to any package.
